Mediation ServicesMr. Paradiso, Ms. Taub and Mr. Sinay offer mediation services to represented and unrepresented parties in the midst of a family law dispute.
If you are interested in having one of our attorneys mediate your family law case, please call for more information. A mediator does not represent either party and can provide legal information, but cannot provide legal advice.
What is mediation?
Mediation is a process in which a trained neutral, a "mediator," helps people in a dispute to communicate with one another, to understand each other, and if possible, to reach agreements that satisfy everyone's needs. In mediation, you speak for yourself and make your own decisions. A mediator will not make decisions for you. Mediation is a confidential process.
